Each week we will explore a monthly theme through a variety of meditative methods, like writing, drawing, and movement, with special guests from the Penn community. It is a time to quiet the mind and share community. There will be opportunities for participants to share their creations, thoughts, and musings during each session.
Held each Wednesday at 12 PM on the following dates:
